For the first time in India, a two day EEG workshop will be conducted with the active technical support from the Epilepsy Society of Australia (ESA) during  the preceding 2 days of ECON 2012. 

The target audience will be trainees in neurology and early career neurologists.

The EEG workshop is modeled like the annual ANZAN EEG course, which is mandatory for all the neurology trainees in Australia. This standardized course will be based on a unique module of EEG database which was developed by a team of expert epilpetologists from Australia. As per the format, the students will be divided into several sub groups with a tutor student ratio of around 1: 10 for better and clearer understanding of the concepts of electroencephalography.
